When will my order arrive?
Our chains are made to order, ensuring each piece is crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail. Typically, your chain will arrive within 3 weeks after you place your order. This time frame allows us to create a high-quality, customized product just for you.
If you need your order sooner, we offer expedited services for an additional cost.

How do I turn my Chainz on?
The chain necklace comes with a battery pack that requires 8 AA batteries (not included). Once you have inserted the batteries, simply use the power button on the battery pack to turn the chain on and off.
This design allows for easy and convenient operation, so you can enjoy your Chainz anytime.
Is there any assembly involved?
Yes, but it's very simple and straightforward! To prevent any scratching or denting during transit, your chain and team logo will come separately. There is minimal assembly required, which only takes a few minutes.
You can easily attach the logo to the chain using the 2 metal rings provided. Simply open the rings and connect the logo to the chain.
We also include adhesive for attaching the battery pack to the back of the chain once it's assembled.
It's a quick process, and you'll have your Chainz ready to wear in no time!
